2. Product information and online orders

Online prices cover merchandise only unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Applicable tax and actual shipping charges are reviewed after the merchandise payment and may be invoiced separately. Products not enabled for online checkout remain available through the quote process.

Submitting a quote request does not create an order, reserve inventory, or constitute a final or binding quotation. Our team may request more information and will confirm applicable products, quantities, pricing, availability, lead times, shipping, and other terms separately.
Sample requests are subject to review and are not guaranteed to be approved or free. Our team will confirm availability, any sample fee, shipping cost, and fulfillment details before proceeding.
4. Availability, shipping, and refunds
Product availability is subject to confirmation after payment. We may offer a delay, refund unavailable quantities at their original order price, or cancel the order before shipment. Orders cannot ship until required tax and shipping charges are paid or expressly waived. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms.
5. Customization
Custom products, packaging, labeling, artwork, specifications, timelines, pricing, and minimums require separate written confirmation. Website examples do not promise that a particular customization is available or suitable for your intended use.
