1. Delivery area
We ship online orders to commercial street addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not support territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, PO Boxes, or multiple delivery addresses on one order.
2. Address review
The address collected during payment is validated after payment. An incomplete or unsupported address blocks fulfillment and may require correction. If a valid address cannot be provided before shipment, the order may be cancelled and collected amounts refunded under the Refund Policy.
3. Shipping charges
The initial checkout covers merchandise only. Actual shipping is reviewed after product availability and the address are confirmed, then invoiced separately. The order cannot ship until all required charges are paid or authorized as waived.
4. Partial shipments and delivery issues
An order may ship in multiple batches to the same approved address. Tracking and shipment details are recorded by batch. Report loss, damage, shortage, or an incorrect delivery promptly to phoebe@ezeewholesale.com with the order number and supporting details.
