1. Who we are and the scope of this policy
MXK8 Group Inc., doing business as EzeeWholesale (“EzeeWholesale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this business-to-business storefront. This policy applies to information handled through this website, including accounts, quote requests, sample requests, analytics, and customer support tools.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Contact and business information, such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country, and account profile details.
- Request information, including products, quantities, expected pricing, customization needs, sample preferences, notes, and related correspondence.
- Account and security information needed to authenticate you and protect the website, including the Firebase user identifier associated with your account.
- With your Analytics permission, usage information such as pages visited, referring page, page title, time spent, product clicks, search terms, result counts, submitted request types, and the first landing page and acquisition source for the visit that produced a quote or sample request. An attribution visit ends after 30 minutes without activity. We retain only the referring host and recognized campaign parameters rather than the referrer's query string. Our first-party site analytics may associate usage records with the logged-in Firebase user identifier when available; we do not send that identifier to Google Analytics 4.
- Information you choose to provide through Zoho SalesIQ customer support and technical information needed to operate that service. SalesIQ presents its own choices for optional Analytics and Performance cookies.
3. How we use information
- Provide accounts, respond to requests, and communicate about requested services.
- Review quote, sample, and customization requirements and follow up with you.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the storefront.
- Measure site and product interest through our first-party analytics and Google Analytics 4 when Analytics permission is enabled.
- Measure whether Google Ads lead to submitted requests when Advertising measurement permission is enabled.
- Comply with applicable law and protect our rights, users, and systems.
Contact details submitted in quote and sample requests are used to process and follow up on those requests. We do not use those details for marketing unless we separately ask for and receive the permission required by applicable law.
4. Cookies, local storage, and your choices
We use a necessary session cookie to support Firebase account authentication and site security. This cookie cannot be disabled through our privacy settings because authenticated features cannot operate without it.
We store your privacy choices in your browser's local storage. If you allow Analytics, we also store a randomly generated analytics session identifier. You can separately allow or reject Analytics, which controls both EzeeWholesale Analytics and Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads conversion measurement through Privacy settings in the footer. Withdrawing Analytics permission removes the first-party analytics session identifier from that browser and stops new analytics events. Previously collected records are retained according to this policy. Google Ads conversion measurement is used only to understand whether an ad led to a submitted inquiry or sample request. When enabled, the Google tag may use cookies or similar browser storage to retain an advertising click identifier; personalized advertising is disabled. When both Analytics and Advertising are allowed, our request records may note that a Google Ads click was detected, but they do not retain the raw Google Ads click identifier. Withdrawing Analytics permission also removes the current attribution visit from that browser and stops future attribution collection. Previously submitted business records are retained according to this policy. Zoho SalesIQ separately presents its own cookie preferences for optional SalesIQ Analytics and Performance cookies.
5. How we share information
We share information only as reasonably needed with service providers that help us operate the business, such as Google Firebase for authentication, databases, and application infrastructure, Google Analytics 4 for consented website usage measurement, Google Ads for consented advertising conversion measurement, and Zoho SalesIQ to provide customer support. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, request contents, or Firebase user identifiers to Google Analytics 4. We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, protect rights or safety, or support a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to process requests, maintain business records, provide accounts, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and protect our systems. The appropriate period depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. International processing
EzeeWholesale is based in the United States and accepts international business inquiries. Your information may be processed in the United States or other places where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about our handling of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

9. Business audience and children
This storefront is intended for businesses and their authorized representatives. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.
